Some of our bespoke adventures
Mountaineering adventure for Coogee Cougars running group
March 2019
We created a challenging and unique adventure for a fit group of women – the Coogee Cougars running group. They had 5 days in New Zealand exploring the mountains, and hiking across glaciers. It’s proven so popular, we have run 4 of them already.
We have also added this trip to our suite of adventures.
The enjoyed it so much, we’ve created the Larapinta Trail Run Adventure for them for 2021! Can’t wait!
Annapurna Marathon to Fundraise for Running for Premature Babies
October 2019
We developed a life-affirming experience in Nepal to participate in the Annapurna Trail Marathon. This trip was designed for those who wanted to get off the beaten track, take on an extreme challenge and have an experience of a lifetime while raising much needed funds to give premature babies a better chance of survival.
Over $56000 was raised! Take a look at the trip details here. Or if you want to go deeper, have a read of 5 lessons from the Annapurna Marathon.
Bay of Fires Leadership Adventure
October 2018
We created an incredible 4-day guided wilderness retreat program at the world renowned Bay of Fires Lodge in Tasmania. This was designed to guide the transformation of participants leadership and personal communication abilities using the Courage Way® leadership program. Specialist facilitators Dr Kirsty McGeoch, and Rosie Martin, 2017 Tasmanian of the Year, brought a wealth of experience, tools, compassion and warm knowledge to leadership and personal communication development. They were also supported by Tasmanian Walking Company Bay of Fires guides to facilitate the outdoor adventure experiences. See further details here.
Friends wanting a long weekend away
Southwest Tasmania – February 2019
A group of friends got in touch to discuss their vision of a boys weekend away. Their objective was to leave their phones behind, and get away from the stresses of work and family life. We arranged all the details so they just had to show up at the airport and everything would be taken care of. They hiked in the most remote part of Tasmania accompanied by 2 Primal Adventures guides who cooked all the food, showed them the way, supplied most of the gear and provided the level of support they needed. They even stopped in at a Whiskey Distillery on the way home. They loved every minute of it. You can go to Southwest Tassie too!
