I feel blessed to have experienced this incredible trip with an amazing bunch of strong women. Primal Adventures brought together our group of 8.. on a trip that was life changing. Over the three days we learnt so much, about ourselves and about the mountains and about mountaineering. Each day was filled with wonder, breathtaking views, inspiration, great camaraderie and new challenges. I had two key objectives for signing up for this trip. Firstly wanting to challenge my fear of heights and secondly and more importantly to experience entry level mountaineering, hiking on a glacier, using crampons and an ice axe and hiking in a remote area I could not access on my own. I will be forever grateful to Primal Adventures for delivering on both. The Mount Cook trip was both everything I expected and more than I had hoped for at the same time.
