Come and join us for our next Free Trek Fitness Training Session
We have a free session each month in different parts of the Sydney region. They are usually held on Sunday mornings for between 2-4 hours, and are a great way to improve your fitness for hiking and adventure! It’s also a great way to try out some of your new gear and meet other people who are coming on our treks.
