This is a private trip for Lisa's Pilates Studio and not for general bookings
So close to home, yet feel a million miles away....
We will be heading to the sublime Pittwater area in northern Sydney for an incredible immersive experience over three days and two nights. You will go stand-up paddleboarding, enjoy instructor-led yoga & pilates classes, explore aboriginal rock art and enjoy a campfire each night under the stars amongst many other things. You will be staying for two nights at Pittwater YHA, tucked away in Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park with expansive views and excellent facilities. We have exclusive use of the YHA for the duration of our stay. Activities will be led by the incredibly talented guides from Pittwater Eco Adventures.
You will return feeling peaceful and contented having participated in a diverse range of activities, and created lasting memories.

Adventure Plan
Over the three days you will explore the area by SUP and kayak, become re-invigorated with instructor-led pilates and yoga sessions, discover pristine aboriginal rock art sites, hike in the beautiful bushland, swim in crystal clear waters, and much more.
If you’d prefer to take it more easy over the weekend, you can remain at the accommodation and curl up with a book in the sun!
You will return feeling peaceful and contented, having spent a weekend with you Pilates group, with everything taken care of, in the tranquil surrounds of Pittwater

SUP
You will discover deserted beaches and crystal clear water as you learn or refine your stand-up paddle boarding techniques. No previous experience necessary!

Kayaking
Adventure further in double and single kayaks, to explore and discover this unique waterway.

Yoga & Pilates
The peaceful surrounds of Pittwater is the ideal location to learn or refine some Yoga & Pilates techniques. You will be guided by experienced Pilates & Yoga teachers who will ensure you get what you need from these invigorating practices.

Discover aboriginal art
You will visit some of the many significant aboriginal sites in Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park including Red Hands Cave, which is an important site for the Guringai people.

Hiking
We will lead you on guided hikes through some of the remote trails in Ku-ring-gai National Park, learning about the unique ecosystems and endemic species.

Massage & Beauty Treatments
We will have qualified therapists available for professional massages and beauty treatments. This will be at additional cost.

Pittwater YHA
Stay for the two nights in the delightful Pittwater YHA. You’ll stay in shared dormitory-style rooms, eat delicious and nutritious food, and relax around the campfire each evening.

This program is prepared with flexibility so we can adapt it according to wind and weather conditions. The program will contain all the elements noted below, but they may be sequenced slightly differently to create the best experience for you and the group on the day.

Adventure SUP to Lovett Bay |
Learn safety and effective techniques first, then you will head off on your SUP adventure to beautiful Lovett Bay. Your gear will be transported in a water taxi. |

A delicious healthy dinner will be prepared for you while you take in the surrounds. It’s then time to chill out by the campfire as you gaze at the stars! |

Kayak to The Basin |
Paddle around Pittwater to the popular and protected area of The Basin |

Explore aboriginal sites |
Head into the bush to discover cultural treasures that tell of the spiritual connection of the Guringai people to the land here |

Hike back to the YHA |
Return by foot via some of the incredible bush trails in Kur-ring-gai National Park |

Another delicious dinner will be prepared for you while you take time to relax by the campfire |

Finish the aquatic journey with a paddle back to Church Point via Mc Carrs Creek Reserve |
